Location

This property is very convenient to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The Shaw Metro station is 3 blocks to the apartment and the largest grocery store in DC (Giant Foods) is about a 10-15 minutes walk on P and 8th street. This unit has a walk score of 92 and a transit score of 82!

The House

This is a large remodeled house with four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king beds and the smaller bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and the second full bath is for the other bedrooms upstairs. There is a full bath on the first floor as well.

This house has a modern kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, and a large dining room. This house is newly renovated with an open floor plan. The living room has pocket doors allowing you to close off the room, converting it to a private bedroom with a convertible sofa bed. The full bathroom is just a few steps away from the living room and has doors opening to both the dining room and the hallway.

There is a separate two bedroom ground level apartment (no stairs) with its own kitchen and a full bath. The ground level apartment sleeps six people, which is rented separately, but could be rented together with the upstairs unit adding to the capacity of the house. We also have a unit next door to this one, so please let us know if you have more than 10 people joining you!
